Her mouth-watering and easy to prepare snacks, side dishes and salads like aloo vadae, dhokli, paneer karhai or hearty macaroni salad might sound different but surely are delicious and worth trying. Every dish whether it be vegetables, chicken, seafood, mutton or beef and veal, they are prepared simply yet much attention is being paid to the basics of every dish.
This book is excellent for people who want to try different new cuisines alongwith traditional desi dishes with a different touch. I am pretty sure that everyone would go for this book who want something exotic.
